Chris brown IS guilty of his actions, even though he's remorseful, sooo... if a guy is prosecuted of unintentional statutory rape charges and will be labeled on a sex offenders list next to the same names of serial rapists and never get his life back afterwards... well then a guy who IS MOST CERTAINLY GUILTY of domestic abuse without a doubt should have to face the same ferocity and unforgivingness of our country... I empathize for him, I love a lot of his work but its only fair...

why should he, it would be a double standard if he did... I'm not saying I can't forgive chris brown but its certainly a wrong message if everyone let him off the hook just cus he's talented and entertaining and famous. there are victims of our justice system that are wrongly accused and/or victims of a flawed justice system. none the less when they are released their records are tarnished and they may never be able to pick up where they left off for the rest of their life being acquitted.
