Gable is in a relationship with singer Melinda Schneider, and they were expecting a child in 2012, they're unmarried. So, he may well be 'religious' but I'm not sure about a god-botherer.

I was at a songwriting workshop with this guy... talk about living off one song. Ha! Incredibly funny to watch him do the rounds - Morning show, ABC, A current affair and the list goes on. Still an amazing song tho :)

The Choirboys had more than one hit song. Never Gonna Die, Fireworks, Run to Paradise, Boys Will Be Boys, Guilty, Struggle Town, Rendezvous just to name a few! Plus every album they've done has charted well.

@MasonTheKiwi1 Most of the song is different voicings of an A, E, D, E progression, although the picked part in the intro and verse is a Dsus2. Intro and verse are barre voicings, chorus is open voicings, middle eight are A XX222X, E XX534X, D XX423X.
