this was a junior high school hit for me. my father was a classical musician with only disdain for pop and rock music. but he liked this song. whenever I played it on my AM radio he would say it was 'cute'. always commented on it. see on the disc that the arranger is Tom Parker who also arranged 'Joy' for Apollo 100 around the same timeframe, about a year after this one.
