Amazing band, amazing song. Love the scenes from Ovingham as well. It was a shame this song wasn't released on Goosefair as only a few people bought the original Barrier ep. There is also a live version on the single 'Fall into Place'.

many thanks to the uploader for this. another damn fine pop song from cd. i must have missed this song, years ago when I played goosefair to death. have just found the barrier ep, anyone who likes cd should check it out. there are alternative versions of some goosefair songs.

@buzznuts Ovingham is like the BEST village in the world like, im well privalidged to live there, i know all of the band dead well like, there all best mates with me da, there top lads like, adam just layed some turf for us, well odd experience that was haha, this video was filmed down the wylam road running into ovingham, and the ovingham reading rooms, fuckin ace band no doubt like!

Northumberland's finest, seconded by Crane. I remember first seeing this video on MTV2's 'Punk Rock Special' way back in 1996? Just at the same time Goosefair came out. I miss China Drum.

Not from Sunderland, that will hurt them ha ha ha, they were from a little village called Ovingham, I still see Adam (singer and in the earldays Drums) and Dave (Bass) evrey now and then for a pint, Chinadrum was my first real gig when I was about 16 at the Riverside.......... memories!
