Chilltopia is Udo Berger from Solingen in Germany.
He used to be a guitar player in a German Band called Anch. As of 1982 he became very interested in electronic music, inspired by artists from the Berlin School ( Klaus Schulze, Ashra, etc etc )
It was only in 2003 that he started chilltopia.
dream of silence is from Udo's cd "Chill & Dance". I love his music!
