@mad00002 ja Cornerissa kävin hevikaraokessa vuonna 2010. ei mikään mullistava kokemus verrattuna esim Rytmi-Katin äänentoistoon

@mad00002 Ilmeisesti oli liian kallista vetää hevikaraokeiltoja. Levyjen vuokrauskin maksaa liikaa. Rytmi-katissa Kouvolassa oli mahtavaa aikanaan 2006-2008 lauleskella hevikaraokea. Hevikaraoke yritti ehkä liikaa miellyttää ainoastaan vain hevikansaa, ei siis valtavirtaa. Ideana hyvä, mutta yritystoimintana ei välttämättä toimi.Tuottoon ja menestykseen kun kun tarvitaan nimenomaan sitä valtavirtaa. Ainakin Helsingistä päin kuulin, että osa närkästyi, kun kevyempiä biisejä karsittiin pois.

@thegame890 Cornerissa tosiaan oli aikoinaan karaokeiltoja. En ole muutamaan vuoteen siellä piipahtanut, jotenka en ole ajan tasalla nykymeiningistä. En tiedä Hevimestankaan nykytilasta mitään. Oli kyllä paras metallimesta hesassa ja vähän epäilen, että parempaa ei löydy vieläkään.

Metal is relatively big here in Finland, but pop music is still much more popular. Perhaps not quite as much as there on the other side of the ocean though. ;)

Heh, yeah. However, people can run the sort of bars they like. Even you could start your own business that uses metal karaoke DVDs. You can buy/license them from Finland.

I did a quick Google search with "japan metal bar" and found mentions of bars Shibuya-Club, Antiknock(dot)net and Rock Inn Current (rockinncurrent(dot)com).

You mean to say there isn't a metal bar in Japan? o_o That's very hard to believe, because I've gotten the impression Japan has a zillion bands and people who support pretty much every genre of music in the world.
