It is said that this recording "is unsuccessful" among people loving a song of Eri Chiemi.

This performance is not high in the completeness in back year either, and it is surely a fact to have been quiet.

However, I want to evaluate it when it can call to have already worn exquisite technic of "lazy & bounce" which was different from the singing method by "hit & shout" which she told by recording of "Come on a my house" at the time of a debut.

The arrangement of Shinzo Teraoka fought hard, but wanted to let you do bounce with the score which let Sy Oliver write it with all one's might.

江利チエミの唄を愛好する方々の間では「不出来」とされているこの録音です。たしかに後年ほど完成度も高くなく、ハリもすくない地味なパフォーマンスであることは事実です。

しかし、デビュー当時「家へおいでよ」などで見せたhit＆shout唱法とは異なったlazy＆bounceの絶妙なノリを既に身につけていた事が伺えると評価したいのですが、いかがでしょう。

寺岡真三の編曲も健闘していますが、サイ・オリバーに書かせたスコアなどで思いっきりバウンスさせてみたかったものです。

pretty good , smooth , effortless , better than Natalie Cole (too shrill) but not quite up to eda magnason singing it in Swedish !

この時代に、日本で、学校にも行かず、誰かに習ったわけでもなく、これだけ歌えるなんて、素晴しいです。チエミさんは素晴しいですね。子供の頃にはわかりませんでした。今では大好きです。ありがとう。

Perfectly pleasant but undistinguished (think the intro is my favorite part). Never heard of Eri Chiemi--was she Japanese, or maybe Finnish?
