yeah he was the leader of Mahogany Rush ...good band to say the least.... two of the best 70s guitarist mainly influenced by JImi Hendrix... was Frank Marino and Robin Trower... It's obvious here that Satriani was influenced by those 3 guitarists... but as well some part of the guitar solo reminds me briefly Judas Priest and Dave Navarro as well The lyrics are kinda basic but... the music is just top level
