Is it ´cause getting old? Still love Chicken Shack -they were great and they are still worth listening to them. Listening to Steamhammer, Chicken Shack, John Mayall and others - there are only very few bands today playing on this level.

I don't know why this band never caught on in the US. They don't sound much different than other blues-based rock bands that made it here--like Foghat and Bad Company

I don't think I've ever heard a bad version of this song, whether it was American Blues, Bob Seger, or Chicken Shack. The melody is so upbeat that almost anyone with some competency could perform a decent interpretation. By the way, I think the band's sound reminds me a lot of Free--particularly the vocals and the bass
