Frm the wife of Faust6688- Thanks 4 this post!! Haven't seen the vid in ages, tho I recently found some live footage on an old VCR tape,ca 1990 or so. Used 2 c them live a LOT, GREAT live band, 1 of the best. They r playing some dates in the South, hope 2 take my hubby 2 c them, what a unique, incredible band & really nice guys 2. :)

@mcbm1991 Man I saw that after I posted the comment and FREAKED out... here's the problem. I live in Orlando and can't get enough money together to road trip for a show. I see they have a show in Oct. but it's too soon to get the money. I'm just praying that they either swing down closer to me or stay together long enough to get my ass to GA. It would mean so much to be able to make it up there to see them. Thanks {crosses fingers}

I saw them for the last time only a few shows before they gave up. I talked with them after the show and they said they gave it a good run but they got by better doing carpentry work. It was heartbreaking to hear. What a wonderful one a kind thing. Thank you for posting this ship kicks so much dam azzzzz THANKS for the memories MUDDPUPPIES!!!

@groosik YES - that's the band! Flat Duo Jets. They were awesome, though I think they added a third member later on and weren't as good. Wow, this internet thing is amazing! ha ha Here's to great music and those fantastic music festivals you don't see much anymore.

wow! I was there too -- although I think it was earlier. Precious Bryant and the 95 year old bluegrass singer too. What an amazing day! I met Michael Stipe, who was there just as a fan. He really smelled bad!!! Does anyone know the name of the 2 piece band that played around the South at the time - just guitar and drums - they were there too. Heavier than all the other acts of the day.
