Chi Cheng 1970 - 2013 RIP video free download
RIP CHI - (July 15, 1970 - April 13, 2013.
Deftones' bassist Chi Cheng was left in a coma after a severe car accident November 2008. His condition slowly but gradually improved, till he was in a minimally conscious state. Chi was in New Jersey for about a year to continue the treatments he had started in a brain rehabilitation clinic. He was then moved home to Cali with his family, and a new medical team. He was gaining strength now that he was out of the hospital environment, till he passed away. We love and miss you always Chi. CHI CHENG! RIP.

He was in a coma for a long while, till he gradually was in a Minimally Conscious State these last few years. This means that he was "awake" part of the time, responded to people/music (he rolled his eyes at his mom's music, lol) but he didn't speak. A while ago, a friend and his mom told him to lift his leg up and he moved it a little. It's still hard to say how much he was conscious of what was going on around him. He got sepsis, which led to his heart stopping, which is how he passed away.11 years ago
