I was so upset that this song wasn't on the album I bought. I really thought it was one of the greatest tracks.

This album begins well with Sleep Apnea and ends on an even better track (providing you didn't get it from iTunes. Such a disappointment this track wasn't included).

search "Children Of Dune Miniseries" (2003), this song refers to the character Leto Atreides II transcending into a Water God. As to why Chevelle used this as the subject of their song, we will never know.... but either way, love the riffs.

@NateBrown Are you serious? Chevelle aren't sellouts because they save a song for a hot topic bonus track? You shouldn't have to try to get the bands best songs they should give it to you on normal edition of an album.

2 things: 1. Should've been on Sci-Fi Crimes 2. Should've been a single

I once heard that the song title was a refference to Jared Leto's murder scene from american psycho, which would be cool with me.

Your theory did sound a lot cooler than the the actuality of it. :U

I love that faint shout just before the solo! It's so subtle, yet it adds so much to the song.

Everyone relates Tool to Chevelle because their early material was heavily influenced by Tool, and one of the music videos off Point #1 (M.I.A.; AMAZING song!) was created with stop-motion animation, which for some reason is regarded as Tool's territory and only Tool's territory. Most Tool fans seem to think that "influenced by" means "ripped off." Considering that Chevelle has their own style by now, they have a very weak argument. I love Tool, but I much prefer Chevelle.
