I Get It (pun intended) they're trying to set up this really stressful atmosphere, but a douchebag boss is a really weak way to go about that. Any company worth it's weight would have at least SOME sort of HR department. Furthermore, come on dude, how much of a pussy are you that you just LET someone take your sandwich and don't say a damn thing.
