Being a long-time Eugene resident, I remember when they debuted this song- exactly as recorded here, way before Soul Caddy (which is a fantastic album, and I love that they have experimented and branched out by re-creating the song) This is the original tune, which sparked many a mosh pit, and articulates perfectly the raw power they had at the time. This band has such character, and such staying power, because they are-and have always been- willing to take artistic risks. Truly an inspiration.
