This traditional Scottish song was so popular in the 1700's that one of the "Songcatchers" had 14 versions in his portfolio, all with their own verses. The broom is the bright yellow shrub/flower and is mentioned in all versions. This 2009 album has brilliant sidemen such as Pete Seeger and Arlo Guthrie along with the always brilliant musicians who play with the group. Below is a complete lineup w/ instruments. Enjoy!
