Damn some of you guys don't know shit. I had triggers hooked up to my drums for about 6 months. It allows each each individual note to be heard more clear. It doesn't allow you to be lazy because if you don't hit the skin hard enough the trigger won't register, and if you set your drum module to be more sensitive and pick up every little hit, it will fuck you even more cause it will register ANY little vibration as a bass drum hit. Causing a massive shitstorm of clicks. Triggers are awesome, but they won't change the quality of drumming in any way. Just the quality of the bass sound when playing fast. If you've never used them, you probably don't have credibility to speak on them.
