The single was released officially for digital download on April 4, 2006. The song has a pop sound to it and was originally featured in Walt Disney's Pocahantas.
The music video starts with the Cheetah Girls arriving to a party in a white limo. They exit the limo wearing matching white dresses. Inside the party the girls are seen dancing with friends and singing on stage as the rest of the audience dances along. It premiered on March 28, 2006 on the Disney Channel.
