Cheap Trick performing their cover of Big Star's "In The Street" (the theme song for "That 70's Show"). At the end of the song, Rick is talking a bit about where everyone in the band had been before the performance that night. Just a week before this show, the stage where Cheap Trick had played in Ottawa, Canada had been flattened during a freak storm. Two nights before the show (the night of July 27th & the early morning of July 28th) in Dubuque, there had been up to 14 inches of rain, causing massive flooding in many areas of the county. Rick made a joke that the band is used to floods and freak weather (paraphrasing) LOL!!! You got to give it to these guys...they do what they gotta do to make sure they are there for their fans!!!
