Yes, they mess up at the beginning. I couldn't resist leaving that in there. This demo is from about 1977 or 76 and is an outtake from the "Cheap Trick" album sessions.

Shows the absolute integrity and versatility of Cheap Trick. I agree with Royce Williams Cheap Trick could crank up many genres in creating their music. I love this track and with some tweaking here and there this would have and should have been on an album. Love it love it.

Love the rockabilly feel that they have on this. CT are a lot like Queen in that they're so great at so many styles that they probably can't fully explore on the proper records. This and "Pain, Pain" never made the actual albums for that specific reason. This track kind of reminds me of Dwight Twilley's stuff in that there's a lot of Memphis in there.
