Sucks? Really? I've been a fan since 1977 and seen them live more times than I can count. I've also met them and hung out, and on top of NOT sucking live, they're a bunch of really nice guys. The music and shows are just as amazing now as they were 35+ yrs ago. Rick has always had a zany personality which made the live shows exciting imo, and Robin's voice is every bit as good now as it was then. How many other bands can make that same claim? CT hasn't lasted this long due to gimmicks, sorry.

I've never understood why Rick resorted to such a gimmicky look and personality. The boy could play, he didn't need it. Maybe it was insecurity standing next to Robin and Tommy! It bugged the crap out of me that they'd always show Rick's face pulling and stupid gimmicky guitars. Should have shown more of the master on the 12 string bass. Shame that Tommy left them so early! Glad he eventually came back though.

Rick is one , if one of the best lead guitar players I have seen in my entire 51 years!!!! Hopefully Robin will hang in thre with him. He has such a special gift with hi voice. I don't knowif he realizes it or not !!!! Keep ROcking and GOd bless and keep you all safe

Personally I hate it when the music is drowned out by the audience. I'd MUCH rather hear it like this, it's like we all KNOW it's live, we don't need to hear people in the background making it hard to hear all the music going on.

I believe the reason why it sounds "quiet" is because we are possibly listening to the board mix. So, if the onstage mics don't pick up the fan noise, you can't hear them.
