Yes it does. Unfortunately bad energy vibrates too or causes no vibrations at all. Electricity comes in handy, lol. But you know, when this song came out in the US in '79 and was a hit, well, damn, Cheap Trick had a lot of good vibrations going on that year, at least w/ us...and the Japanese. It's a cover song, a notable hit by Fats Domino, who purportedly liked CT's version the best. (Read that anecdote on Wikipedia.)
