The title track ‘Strange’ was produced by Tim Anderson (Solange, Sia) and with a subtle electronic edge, it is soaked with eeriness. The EP is complemented with a second track ‘Hangover’ which was recently added to the prestigious ‘BBC Radio 1 Introducing’ Playlist. Charlotte’s EP release in late 2013 received great critical acclaim and a remix of the lead track 'Colour My Heart' became a You Tube smash with over 2 million plays online. The atmospheric video for ‘Strange’ was directed by Georgia Hudson (MØ, Klaxons, Swim Deep) and reveals a glimpse into Charlotte’s sorcerous world. Filmed in London and with a touch of Tim Burton, Charlotte’s visual landscape hints at her obsession with beauty within darkness. Earlier this year saw Charlotte perform a string of UK headline tour dates including captivating performances at festivals such as T in the Park on the BBC Introducing Stage, Field Day and Dot to Dot. This August sees Charlotte return to the London stage with a show for the Gold Dust night at Hoxton Bar & Kitchen on Wednesday 20th August. Earlier this month Charlotte performed a special sold out headline show at the Sebright Arms.
