How many ears has Charley Pride got? Loads - his left ear, his right ear - and his crystal chandel-ears!

Probably some of the greatest lyrics to a song period, true Country music just tells the truth - it's not just thrown together in a studio for mass production as we can plainly see and hear today. The art of song writing is dead.

To me, The Country Way was his best album. Every song was a hit and still memorable today

31 July 1967 - what a coincidence! That's the day my wife and I got married. Still married, still love listening to Charlie Pride. Met my wife in March 1967 and first heard Charlie in Wichita Falls, TX at about the same time. First song I heard him sing was "Snakes crawl at night" Thanks for the post
