Even now that I listen to this theme song.. I can remember me as a child, tears clouding my vision as I fought the final boss. I can honestly say that a game has never made me feel the drive and passion that this game has. Ever time the boss shouted "It's over!" at me I could feel my heart breaking more and more, and even now it still hurts just to hear this song. This game has it's flaws.. It has players that hate it.. but... It has more players that love it. Players like me.. Players that will never forget the piece of art that capcom gave to the world when they made this game.. The end of this game still haunts me to this day, but.. in a good way. A way that will always leave me with a smile. Chaos Legion, Is it ever truly over, or are we going to become something more..

this reminds me of when u realize the full story and how Sieg was taking his trials to protect hiis friend from the truth, and then Delacroix finds it out and suicides.. that was some serious "shit happens" moment for Sieg

I think it was something else. Delacroix died to reunite the worlds, so I think he melted somehow with Azrail, or Azrail absorbed him... As a consequence, the final form of Azrail may be a reflect of Delacroix's guilty feeling about what he did to Seila (like Mary/Maria in Silent Hill 2). That's my interpretation.

Still, in my mind, one of the most underrated games Capcom ever made. The soundtrack alone made this game a classic but add on the gameplay and story and you've got a game that was infinately better than DMC2. I use 2 as an example because it's also somewhat underrated as well. Though it didn't make a lick of sense and was biblically contradicting to the storyline, it was still a fun game. Chaos Legion was just better.
