It's ironic that Chance would say that I would "want him pennin' heartbreak and sadly (he) can't write nothin" He spoke every word I needed to hear in this song. My dad passed away last August and since I've been searching for some closure. Chance gave it to me with this song and the lyrics he spoke. Rest in peace, Jack Allan Kinner.
