dude mixtape's are always free theyre promotions for artists albums. if its for sale then its not a mixtape unless the artist is an asshole.

it doesent matter if its an album or mixtape. your allowed to use their beats for mass production ONLY if you do not profit from it. the fact that he's SELLING the mixtape means he needed permission from the beat owner...which he most likely has.
