@TheMinorNotes Just took a photo of the drumset from where the camera was positioned and put the video on top of it. Then fiddled with the alpha gain of the video to make it look like it's a fade in. Pretty easy really. :) (Did it all in Sony Vegas by the way)

awesome.. i prefer to sync up the bass drum on the same notes as the hi hat but it doesnt really matter because the cymbals just background noise in this song

It's more difficult to record, in time, to a song that already exists than you think. Drummers are used to keeping the time in a song, not being a slave to it.
