Ultra rare live performance from 1968. This was from a promotional Reel to Reel BETA tape I found in a television station I worked at in the mid 1990's. It was only marked "For Local Affiliates - From your Friends at the Club Vegas" - My assumption is that these promotional videos were made by a music production facility to promote the artists on locally-produced music shows. I really have no idea as to the true origin or specific year!

I worked and hanged out at Jerry Brandt's club The Electric Circus in the East Village of 1967-1969. I remember The Chamber Brothers being the house-band for the summer of 1968. They tore the place apart every Saturday night with 'Time Has Come Today' as the closing number. I also remember somebody bringing Jimi Hendrix in one night, he tried being incognito as my now he was a huge star. The next year they were replaced by Sly & The Family Stone. Unbelievable era & talents!!
