Anyone who had heard this as their introduction to Celtic Frost, probably couldn't easily be convinced that the Celtic Frost of 'Morbid Tales' was in fact the "same" Celtic Frost; and that's a judgement to the artists, it is just so.

Tom's vocals are easily my least favorite part of "Cold Lake". They're very weak and really sound forced. Surely,he could've done a lot better than what appears on this album! If the vocals were better it would VASTLY help the overall sound. Musically,I like the rest of "Cold Lake", it's still a good album.
