It's not live, no! But when I was 13 years old and saw this performance on TV that night, and was taping it on my VHS (LOL) I also knew it wasn't live but always loved how she looked in that dress and how it fit her so well! That's what I think of when I hear this song! That dress!

By the way, saw another comment that because it's lip synced it means she's "tired" or can't sing...baloney. 2014 her live show was out of this world. She has lost none of her vocal power. Not one ounce. If nothing, she's only gotten better.
