TO IMABELIEVER & MARLENE DESIREE - Nothing like an original and that would be from the late great Etta James, but Celine's can definitely give her a run for her money and certainly Christina is definitely not far behind as a forerunner. Also Beyonce is a polished imitator as well. Each brings their own flare to the table without a doubt and need I say you guys have magnificent taste for what looks like young peeps in music.

I heard her version and she over emphasises her vocals, too many notes into one and doesn't take you to that "place". Like this. It's a mood slayer. Takes you to a different time and makes you fall in love with the mailman lol like Etta James did who originally sang it. Don't get me wrong I love Christina too. Just not on this song. :)

Etta James DID NOT sing the ORIGINAL version of this song but hers was the most popular. Etta's version is VERY good and so was Beyonce's but I think this may be my favorite.

@leemann1941 I'm with you about Celine's voice and most of her songs do the same for me; her rendition of this song starts out great but I think its too slow; the beat or whatever the proper musical term is.
