Dorkily, I've misspelled his name for about 25 years despite owning both the LP and the 12" single. Thanks to christianolson who alerted me to the misspelling... maybe more folks will find this video now!

It wouldn't surprise me if the blonde female featured in the video is Justine Johns A.K.A. Deborah Williams. Cee had done the artwork for her Stage Struck album around the same time. Her hairstyle looks the exact same as how it appears in Justine Johns - Babylon video... Coincidence?12 years ago

Nice work Scott Crainey! You have resurrected of the most "ancient" songs from the 80s and from the MV3 show I used to watch religiously for those of us who had no cable nor MTV at the time.
