Elaine Paige has one of the most beautiful voices in the world. I tried to listen to Susan Boyle's version but it doesn't compare to her's... And Veerle Casteleyn sounds like a bell chime, I have heard it described but never heard it. This Musical has been my favorite since I was a very young child.8 years ago

I adored Cats when I saw it at the New London and on Broadway but the filmed version of it (as above) is so flat and dull. None of the spine tingling excitement of the live show - although Paige is wonderful as always.8 years ago
