I'm aware of Tom getting kicked out of Catch, I was just going off what I heard on a Youtube comment section. Probably not the most reliable source, but hey, that sounds pretty Victory records-like to me.

just in case no one's let you know yet, Tom was kicked out of Catch 22 so he re-made all the songs he wrote while he was in the band out of spite as well to make them better quality (both in recording and musicianship).
