Turned 23 when the Ball Dropped to welcome in the decade of 90's.... Either the stars were aligned or we just got seriously lucky... But the music made during that decade by artists like Cat Powers, Beck, Morphine, Pixies, Tool, Filter, Deftones, Mad Season, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Radiohead, Janes Addiction, Chemical Brothers, ect, ect, ect, ect, ..... is just mind boggling Awesome ...

In the ’90s, Marshall was known to create this sound by standing several feet away from the microphone when she performed, a quality to her performance that intrigued Thurston Moore when he first saw her live.

This songs is soulful and powerful, It gets me high and at the end I end up feeling rather depressed. Despite that, I'm so happy to have the opportunity to listen to such a marvellous singer~

I listened to this alot when I was doing alot of heroin. My girl showed it to me and I became obsessed with it. Between the depressive state I was in and the melancholiness of this song I felt the power of this song. Been clean 5 months but this song still takes me back to a darker time. I regret nothing.

Does the guitar remind anyone of that song Lucky Number Nine, by the Moldy Peaches?
