This song is about following the way of Jesus. Living for others, serving, showing mercy, kindness, compassion, giving hope, without judgment...the part about the stones is a story in the bible about how the religious leaders in Jesus' time brought a woman,an adulterer, to Jesus (it was religious law at that time to stone adulterers to death) so he would convict her. Instead, Jesus told them "he who is without sin, cast the first stone". Realizing they were all sinners they walked away.

I couldn't agree more. I have found that people who claim to be christians are the nastiest most judgemental people I have ever meant. Much meaner then the average athiest that you would meet on the street. It really saddens me. I have been in many churches and when it becomes to much I move on. I have never given up on God though. He continues to see me through. I continue to teach the word to people I meet. Reminds me of when Jesus went into the temples and turned over tables.

It's about how we (christians) judge, but what we stand for is love. We should try to live our lives like jesus did, and not judge like people most do. The strong sentence here is "The world is on their way to you, but they are tripping over me." and "... make the righteous turn away, and the stones fall from their hands. It's all about showing what jesus is about. Not judge them, but love them.
