A wonderful story song by Carrie Underwood, describing a young woman's road to salvation. It describes how she came to be baptized and how her life was changed. Co-written by Carrie, Chris DeStefano, and Brett James.

Carrie has her own video for the song, but the visuals really had nothing at all to do with lyrics, so I decided to make this one, where the visuals have *everything* to do with the lyrics.

It is not baptism itself that saves you. It is a genuine faith in our saviour and Lord Jesus Christ. As much as I love this song. It is to focused on baptism instead of the change that takes place in your heart once you become a believer. It is because of Jesus's Sacrifice on the cross that we are changed and we can stand before God with confidence knowing that our sin have been taken away. My life will be forever changed because of our savior. I am changed, stronger and I have the courage to face the future because God is by my side. He has seen me through hell and back. I don't know where I would be without my Faith.

Well, Bob, I think you've gone too far the other way. Carrie's original was considered by some to be not reflective enough of the lyrics, but this video is devoid of art and is far too literal. Personally, I understand that music videos are often not a strict retelling of the lyrics and meaning of the song, so I didn't mind the original video.

18th Century mentality. Have you ever heard of dancing before the throne?

Bob, you did a great job on the video. I loved the song, and like you, was incredibly disappointed by the official video. But you really captured the meaning and the spirit of the song. Thank you!

EXCELLENT! That's how you do it. The official Carrie Underwood video does nothing for the great song.
