About the intro Karen sings, this is the only version where I've heard it. Did Richard Carpenter write the intro or did the song always have it, just like the rarely sung intro to WHITE CHRISTMAS. This song was introduced in MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS, by Judy Garland and the intro wasn't sung in the film either. Anyone know for sure?
