ya, I was trying to find a way to see them before it all went down, and I wasn't able to. They did just release a new CD though, go to their official website and you can find a link to hear the whole thing uninterrupted. Or just buy it, trust me it's worth it.

I wouldn't say grunge. Jimmy actually almost has a folksy way of singing as hjgardner79 said. It's really a style all of it's own. Pandora plays things like Tantric and Seether for a C'Sp playlist. (C'Sp is Caroline's Spine's new symbol)

No, not at all. I've been a fan since 1997 but I'm not sure what I would call them. Straight ahead rock with a strong folk influence is as close a label as I'd put on them.
