She was in great voice for this performance!!! Her first three albums, "Tapestry", "Music" and "Rhymes and Reasons" are essential American music. What a legend!

Always felt like this song is underrated. Yes, of course, it's on "Tapestry", but people never seem to mention that one. Carole herself doesn't even mention it in her autobiography. Glad to hear a live version !

its also worth pointing out that NO ONE could sing her songs like she could: Not the shirelles, Aretha Franlkin, James Taylor, NO ONE. Those people were great in their own right, and I dont mean to imply that Carole was the singer that Aretha was. But when it came to interpreting her own songs, Carole was her own best voice.
