I can relate to her experiences that she puts so eloquently in words in the song. Every time I hear this song it sends shivers up my spine and goose bumps on my arms that bring back so many of life's memories and that soon tears flow down my face.

Ultime et monumental, selon la diegelienne expertise : d'ailleurs, il possède tous les albums de Carly Simon.

A very simple but beautiful, meaningful song. Carly did a fantastic job with it. One of my favorites from the Torch album.

Terrific song by Carly. I think it has great emotion behind it. Better than any I've heard and I love Frank, Linda...

I don't care about the negative comments, this in my estimation is a beautiful version and the backing is just perfect

Very touching song. And so true. But unfortunately in poor quality, so it seems - it's ringing in my headphones. Shame.

@usmctanks1, yes the Claymation video of which you speak is called "Without You," a film by 14 year old Ryan McCulloch. It is a beautiful, heart-rending, sad video, but so very beautiful. It is, indeed, on YouTube.

This is still one of my top fave albums. I take it with me wherever I travel. Thank you, Carly, for this expressive, deep and moving album.

very sad HBO young directors movie back in the 90's where a dog watched his owner (a young man) going off to college (done in animation) I still cry when I hear this song. Anyone know if it is on you tube?
