Carlene never got the attention that she should have. She not only has a wonderful voice, but she is an excellent songwriter, too. And, I have to say, she is very sexy. I have to think that she didn't want to put herself in the spotlight too much, that she was content just doing her music and not necessarily wanting to deal with the grind of being a superstar. That's all fine with me. I got to listen to her excellent music without having her sell out.

I've always liked the tune; I first heard it on a 'Rockpile album, I guess.But look at that Explorer bodied, dreadnaught sized acoustic that Carter is wielding...WTF?! Its even got the headstock.I love that!
