Excellent job, guys! I have been a huge fan of these guys since their formation. Saw them back in the day and then was there for the live DVD recordings in Seattle. What a great band.

Underrated band unfairly criticised for not being "Grunge" enough......utter bullshit of course.....a great band with great songs, ahead of their time.....a breath of fresh air even by today's standards.....Long may they be around....

This was beautiful. I've always enjoyed this song because I can really relate to it and it hits me deep. I actually started crying during this performance. Thanks for uploading.

I know this is an entire year later, but I am bored and sifting through YouTube messages and replies. I didn't say that Nirvana 'started' the grunge movement. Obviously they didn't I said they kicked the door wide open, they brought it to light and made it recognized. I respect and love all those bands you mentioned, many of them were inspiration to Nirvana. But to say Nirvana sucks? C'mon, and I know YOU didn't say it, but that's a hard claim to defend, and I will argue against all day.

Nirvana was just the most marketable. If you consider genre's by pure definition of the time period, Nirvana actually belonged more in punk than anything else. If you look at interviews on grunge, that's generally what you'd here. Alice and Pearl Jam both did a great job of marketing themselves. But by definition really grunge is anything that's rock between 92-94 that's not too metal or too soft. Style, technique and influence don't count

Actually It was neither of them... The grunge scene was started by several bands at the same time. The only thing on common? Seattle and Distorted guitar sounds. ALice in Chains is by far the best Grunge band. Pearl Jam are superb, but maybe due to Layne's early death just aren´t as "marking". Candlebox were grunge. Not taken seriously, but a great band. All this to say. Grunge will live on
