The single 'I Wish I Could Have Loved You More' and album of the same name will be out in May so not too long to go now! Don't know of Edgar's plans for his own stuff but I'm sure he'll be backing Candie whenever she hits the road again. Glad you like our music, lots of great stuff to come this year.

The fact that the Bees were so good can only go part of the way to making me feel any better. I'm a huge fan of Edgar's since his days with the Stairs. Do you know if there are any plans for him to any gigs soon? 'I wish' is the best thing I've heard all year, probably the best thing since 'Soothing Music for Stray Cats' in fact. When is a Candie Payne release planned for? Love your label by the way. Producing some of the best music around in my humble opinion.

I'm absolutely gutted. Went to see the Bees in Leeds last night and missed Candie Payne supporting because the mate I was going with went AWOL. Can anyone tell me if Edgar Jones and the Joneses were her backing band just to rub salt in the wound?
