as with any major movement some people take it way way to far. some people kill people at shows for being drunk. the mind set of well if we get rid of this drunk he wont cause any more problems. of course this is a small percentage of the scene. but to answer your question that.

They used to be a straight edge band, Liam and Scott are still straight edge I'm pretty sure, the rest of the band aren't though.

@gothincorp He isn't, I've been to their concert a couple of months ago, he was selling cancer bats merchandise which gave me the opportunity to have a chat with him (!) I noticed the black crosses on his hands aswell, so I asked him if he was Straight Edge - but he wasn't, he drinks alcohol on a regular base.
