the chorus for this song is literally almost the exact chorus from that as i lay dying song 'confined'. haha, im not a fan of either band but for some reason i was able to pick that out. listen to them back to back and its pretty funny. the vocals are slightly different but the music itself is almost identical. in that AiLD song 'confined' the part starts at 2:20 and in this caliban song its at :57 .

I have done, the vocals are similar, yet you could more than easily tell the difference. Not to mention Meaning In Tragedy had no clean vocals. Seriously bro AILD are my favourite band. This isn't a rip off.
