I also fell in love with her. Went to youtube yesterday to find one of her songs for my son to hear as we played a karaoke title only to discover she had been banned. She moves my soul when I hear her sing. She grabs you like a Marilyn Monroe. She could never be a star in today's world because she too pure and honorable in such a screwed up world. I'm 56 years old, educated and rich and I've seen the world change from great and promising to just the opposite.

Liza is a great. It's well known. I think Maryanne's version obviously blows hers right out of the water. It is so from the heart, unlike Liza's which though very professional feels cold to me. MA's makes me want to listen again and again and again... Not just for the absolutely awesome voice but the totality of being that she puts into every song that she does. Claps for Liza. Loooong standing ovation for MaryAnne. Wow.

Ysabellabrave, and Liza, together, again- for the first time! Nice mix! I liked the one where they mixed her and Audrey Hepburn on Moon River. She really deserves an award for this version. One of my favorites. Love the way she belts it out- powerful singing at its best.
