I think you are right mate! It definitely was in 1979 (my parents went to Malta that year and took our younger brother with them) as a boyfriend of my sister brought it around to play on the record player and it was new, along with Police's Roxanne.. Not only that, it was in our new house and we didn't move to it till late 1978.

I tried finding this in the Guinness Book Of Hit Singles.... it's not listed any idea why anybody?? This is a brilliant song from the summer of 1979; a great year for consistantly awesome music!! Thanks for the upload as this sis the first time I've heard it since it was in the charts.
