Well, it's been 3 weeks since I moved into the new place. It is starting to feel a bit like 'home', but the lack of furniture is still limited its full transition from house.I've spent many evenings painting what will, eventually, become the 'man cave' (with a hint of femininity to cater to Sam and Lolo with whom I will share it). The major pieces of furniture arrive on the weekend, some purchased and others being brought over from Les' place, so that should make a big difference.The girls have been over after school quite a bit and they seem to be settling in to the fact that Daddy has his own place. I still don't have beds for them so it's been a bit of challenge to implement the co-parenting plan which has been really tough, on Les in particular.All-in-all though, I'm happy. That gives me great hope that I can emerge from this to become the kind of father and man that I have, for many years, known I could be."Whatever ever happened to homes as opposed to houses?" ~ Burton Cummings
