@jack00008 "unheard So I forge my mask of superiority So I turn my back on reality Hear me, I'm calling out I stand by the edge Help me, recover from my thoughts Let me witness my true self, out in the bare So I can realize my potential for greatness Or the possibility of failure Without truth, I still stand a false height In the eye of the beholder" I always took it to be about (anti) guru's or cult leaders, how fucked up the world looks from their perspective..

@jack00008 "I am the chief in my own mind I make the rules that govern the followers of my faithI have the first and last say While you feel my hovering shadow That represses your desires, and makes them sin Your ideas are wrong your morals are wrong You're too far gone, and I'll punish you for your sins Not an end but the beginning Insecurities will overcome me Dreams are better than actual reality, your hidden thoughts might threaten me My sight's blurred and I know my view's are

No dice on iTunes last time I checked, and when I tried going through rare and hard-to-find channels, they all sent me back to Amazon, which only had 1 used demo which was no longer available. Is it up on iTunes now?

Well maybe to some extent the krishna thing, guitarist Vic was, but anyways it wasn't "in your face style" I think it was all just much more personal as far as the lyrics go. Either way I can barely stand HC as I get older but this band will always get a listen by me. HC kids are just one big stupid fashion nightmare nowadays.... just what I want to see some douche in womans jeans screaming like a 12 yr. old girl *why do my rich parents hate me-sob*. Coliseum or tragedy is good modern "HC" to me

@2003z1 no religious dogma? i thought these dudes were hare krishna. correct me if i'm wrong, that was just my impression. most "secular" NYHC bands didn't have song names like Godhead.

It's really hard to find the cd (or other form of recording) for this band. Anyone know where to look?

Todays HC... too toughguy, or too ultra-tech... too stupid or too pretentious, but these guys pretty much got it right. No militant SxE bull$hit, no religious dogma, and you gotta' love the "jazzier" sections they arranged. HC is all image these days everyone plays it safe in one way or another. I hate HC kids, these guys weren't pandering to anyone.

The Burn EP and the Omega Drone..Man, both were amazing. Burn always killed it, and Eye for an Eye killed shit the one time saw them play in NYC. Both of those EPs STILL hold up and are better than 99.9% of the shit that has come out since in underground hxc
